Ron Paul was on Jay Leno!

January 8, 2008 at 1:35 pm (Uncategorized)

I’m not a big Leno fan. Letterman is way more my style. But I got an email yesterday saying that Leno had invited Ron Paul to be on The Tonight Show. Of course, with the WGA strike and all it’s harder to get guests for the show, I guess. And political guests sort of do their own thing, so it’s pretty safe to have them on.

Leno’s big question was, “Why did Fox News not invite Ron Paul to their sponsored debate in New Hampshire?” Ron Paul says it’s because the network is “close to current policy” and that the other Republicans do not want to hear his message, or for it to get out to others.

I honestly don’t know what’s going to happen with this whole election thing. But I hope and pray that Ron Paul AKA Dr. No will be our President. We need to save ourselves now so we don’t meet the same fate as Rome.

They also didn’t invite Tancredo so no conspiracy related to the White House.

It was explained that they (Fox News) only had so much time and with 7 people debating, nothing would get accomplished (which is the general outcome of every debate) so they left out the two with the lowest possibility of winning New Hampshire.

Of course they had the right to do that because when you own something you can often do what you want with it.

On the one hand — 5 people was much better than 7 because more got discussed. But on the other hand, people didn’t get a chance to hear from everyone.

Then again, those two who were left out, they have no chance of becoming President anyway.

In reality, like it or not, a majority of people agreed with not having all 7. Shouldn’t majority rule?

Can’t please everyone – just look to the Dems and Repubs in Congress for evidence of that!

zoomabooma–Majority rules, huh? Well, Fox does have the right to do what they want. I was glad to see him at the South Carolina debate but kind of disappointed in his performance there. Fred Thompson brought out his “acting chops” and I think fooled some people into thinking he’d be effective as president.

Thanks for commenting! I am a Ron Paul believer till the end.
